These terms govern your use of superflyentertainment.com and your inquiries about and bookings with Superfly Entertainment. By using our website or requesting our services, you agree to these terms.
About These Terms
Superfly Entertainment provides DJ, MC, lighting, sound, AV, photo booth and event production services in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. These terms outline the general expectations for website use, inquiries, quotes and bookings. Specific event agreements and contracts take precedence where they differ from these terms.
Event Inquiries and Quotes
Submitting an inquiry through our contact form requests a quote and does not constitute a confirmed booking. Quotes are based on the details you provide and are subject to availability. We will respond to your inquiry and, where appropriate, provide a proposal or estimate.
Pricing, availability and service details may change. A quote is valid for the period stated in the proposal, or 30 days if not specified.
Bookings and Payments
A booking is confirmed only when you accept a proposal and provide any required deposit. Deposit amounts, payment schedules and accepted payment methods are set out in your event agreement.
Final balances are typically due before or at the event, as specified in your agreement.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling terms are set out in your event agreement. Deposits may be non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as early as possible so we can review your options.
Event Conduct and Liability
You are responsible for providing accurate event details, a safe and suitable venue, and any required permissions or permits. We are responsible for delivering the entertainment and production services agreed in your event contract.
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the services, as set out in your event agreement. We are not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and designs, is owned by Superfly Entertainment and may not be reproduced without permission. Content related to your event may be used for promotional purposes only as agreed in your event contract.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
